While most planning apps aim to help users stay organized, they often fall short for individuals with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). These apps can feel overwhelming, trigger task paralysis, and lack features that support motivation, leading users to abandon them quickly.
Bits is a planner app specifically designed with ADHD users in mind. It prioritizes ease of use and includes features tailored to ADHD-friendly planning. The final prototype includes an AI chatbot to help users sort and manage information, a clean and readable home screen, and an in-app work mode that connects users directly to the task they want to focus on.
