These apps can feel overwhelming, trigger task paralysis, and lack features that support motivation, leading users to abandon them quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bits<\/strong> is a planner app specifically designed with ADHD users in mind. It prioritizes ease of use and includes features tailored to ADHD-friendly planning.
