However, reviewing long-term journal entries can be time-consuming and cognitively demanding. As a result, people may struggle to identify recurring emotional patterns, meaningful life events, or changes in their well-being over time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dearly, an AI-based mobile app offers a promising way to support reflective journaling by helping users synthesize large amounts of personal writing into meaningful summaries, themes, and patterns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This project concept was collaboratively developed by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sova.ourcloud.ou.edu\/elliott\/\">Kaitlyn Elliot<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sova.ourcloud.ou.edu\/anorman\/\">Ashley Norman<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sova.ourcloud.ou.edu\/mariannsalinas\/\">Mariann Salinas<\/a>.
