I’ll keep it cute, short and sweet just like me.
I love to draw in my free time and can’t help but have music playing at all times. I’m Mexican-American, moved to Norman for OU and loved the design program. I love adding my own art into my work and grew from the process of what I created! I take my culture into my inspiration and work.
I’ve always been a HUGE art kid. Anything I could get my hands on I could draw with. From napkins to scraps of paper, I would design things and work with any medium given to me.
Where will you usually find me?
I am a TOTAL social butterfly. I will be hosting picnics, presentation nights, offering late study nights with classmates. If you ever offer, I will jump to hang out with you! I love meeting new people and bringing people I feel will be a match together for a stronger team!
What do you do in your free time?
Conventions are such a blast! I love dressing up with my brother and meeting new people! My best memory was going to a Coldplay concert in Tennessee!
Some wise parting words?
I pushed myself this year and it ended with becoming a Small Group Leader for Camp Crimson, Secretary for the Graphic Design Association and a member of the Dean’s Student Advisory Council. My best advice is to put yourself out there and you will learn from it, whether you’re approved or rejected, you at least tried!
