- User journey map(s) for your persona(s) using this template. It must clearly describes the scenario, defines user goal(s), journey phases, user actions, quotes and emotions in each phase, outline opportunities to solve design challenges (using AI).
Evaluating AI need and Mapping user needs to data requirements
- Using this template, evaluate if AI is needed to address the design challenge or improve user experience.
- Using this template identify what data (user input, behavior, context, etc.) is needed, how data is collected and how AI might use that data to address user needs.
