You will explore solution ideas using a creative matrix by developing “How Might We” questions and brainstorming with AI. You’ll learn how to apply HAX design guidelines to shape effective human-AI experiences and think critically about when AI adds real value. As a team, you will generate and refine concept directions, and individually create storyboards, userflow diagram and sketches to visualize key user interactions and system responses.

- Develop HMW questions (number can vary), that directly tackle the existing challenges/pain points experienced by your target audience.
- Ensure that each question: Frames multiple solutions Helps create helpful boundaries Inspired by research insights
- These HMW questions collectively may represent the HMW questions you created during “framing the design challenge”.
- List ~4 potential solutions or features that you believe could effectively address each of the HMW question. These solutions should be specific and should explore how AI can be used as a design material to address the HMW questions. Remember sometimes UX is best without AI.
- Feel free to get help from ChatGPT.
Individually:
- Storyboard key user interactions and system responses
