Decorating a home can be challenging due to difficulties in visualizing designs, navigating a complex design process, and lacking a real-world connection to suitable décor items. Purchasing items without knowing how they’ll fit in the space can add to the stress and uncertainty.
Deco simplifies home decorating by providing personalized inspiration, AI-generated previews of how décor items would look in the space, and tools to help find and purchase pieces that match users’ style and needs.
This project concept was collaboratively developed by Heather Chuong, Hannah Duncan and Amai Bobbett. Each team member then independently designed the prototype, showcasing their unique interpretation of the app.
